Taking a look around the corporate business environment today, you can see a great need for leadership training as well as common sense.  However, it is easier to to provide leadership training than teach someone common sense, as that can take a lifetime to cultivate.

With the proper leadership training, never again could anyone say, "Why couldn't he lead a pack of wolves to fresh meat," about a CEO that arguably couldn't.  Leadership coaching can take a person with no inherent leadership abilities and turn them into a decent leader based around a core of leadership values.

For each CEO, those values may be a little different, based upon who and what they are as a person, but a good business coach can take those personal values and hone them into a dynamic package that will create a leader that people will want to follow.

Now if someone would only come up with a way to teach some of the business leaders common sense and to operate with a little less greed, we might be able to get our country out of the pickle it is currently enmeshed in.  But that could be asking a little too much.  Let's just take one step at a time.
